To help us fix the problem quickly, please tell us:

  • the name of the game
  • your device (for example, iPhone 15 or Pixel 8) and its iOS or Android version
  • what happened, and what you did just before it happened
  • a screenshot, if you have one

We do not need your password or payment details. Never send them by email.

Common questions

I lost my progress. Can I get it back?

Your progress is saved on your device only. It is not stored on our servers, so we cannot restore it for you.

If you deleted the game or moved to a new device, your progress can come back only from a backup of your device:

  • iPhone and iPad: restore from an iCloud or computer backup that you made before you deleted the game.
  • Android: if Google backup was on, reinstall the game with the same Google account. Some devices restore app data automatically.

Purchases are not lost. See the next question.

How do I restore my purchases?

Purchases belong to your Apple ID or Google account, so you can restore them on a new device or after you reinstall the game.

  • iPhone and iPad: sign in with the same Apple ID that you used to buy. Open the game, go to Settings, then tap Restore Purchases.
  • Android: sign in to Google Play with the same Google account that you used to buy. Open the game, go to Settings, then tap Restore Purchases. The game also checks for your purchases when it starts.

Purchases cannot move between iOS and Android, because Apple and Google keep separate records.

If the purchase still does not appear, email [email protected].

What does Remove Ads do?

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It removes all ads from the game that you buy it in, for good.

  • It works on every device that uses the same Apple ID or Google account.
  • It applies to one game only. Each game has its own Remove Ads purchase.
  • It does not change the puzzles. Every puzzle stays the same, with or without ads.

If you bought Remove Ads and still see ads, try Restore Purchases first.

Can I get a refund?

Apple and Google handle all payments, so they also handle refunds. We cannot see your payment details or give refunds ourselves.
